Matcon started the first phase of this residential development in early 2004. It started with low level multi-family residential units and ending with the excavation of several apartment blocks and residential towers.
By spring 2008 Matcon expects revenue for this project alone to exceed $12 million. In 2007, we completed an additional $12 million in construction contracts for Polygon and became their leading site services general contractor.
We didn't restrict ourselves to the road and utility work. Matcon also completed the excavation, shoring and underpinning work for all the low rise apartment blocks and residential towers.
